Typical Day:

8 am-9am:                    Daycare reception

9 am-10.20am:             Activity

10:20 am-10:40 am:     Snack

10:40 a.m.-12: 00 p.m: Activity

12h00-13h30:              Midday meal + break

1.30pm-2.45pm:           Activity

2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m:  Snack

3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m:    Activity

4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m:  Daycare

Daycare is FREE!
 

Be careful, on Fridays the camps end at 4:30 p.m.! 

Plan ahead on the first day, between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., to complete the registration adequately.

For an exceptional late arrival, please notify the course manager at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Meals: Plan a picnic for lunch and snacks at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Possibility of reheating dishes prepared in the microwave.

Dress code: Sports attire required, see the course descriptions in more detail.

 

Insurance: All our participants are insured with the company ADESIO Assurance. It covers accidents and bodily injuries following an activity during the internship. Children's personal effects (mobile phones, glasses, etc.) will not be covered.

 

Payment: The course must be paid no later than the first day of the course. Either on site on the first day, or via a transfer to the non-profit organization's bank account (IBAN: BE44 7330 5922 9745).
